Bad and good news from doctor

I had my 20 week ultrasound a few days before my actual 20th week. I got a call from the nurse a few days later saying that everything looked good but there was a spot on the baby's kidney. We paincked a little, but she said not to worry and that it was common. But they wanted me to go for another one.

So, I went back in today for my next one to see if it was still there. The ultrasound tech looked at the last ultrasound notes and said, it was not the kidney, it was the brain and there were several of them. WTF! In my mind that was much bigger news than before.

Fortunatly, they did not see any cycts on the brain today...or anywhere else for that matter. Looks like we are in the clear. But what a poor showing from the nurse.
