Im loving angel hair pasta with just a can of stweed tomatoes over it and a ton of parmesean cheese. It's calorie friendly, mild, and with the right spices very yummy
try instant breakfast (i can't seem to get enough milk)
My Signature won't work! I am a proud mommy of two (1&3) and starting an adventure to help a family having a baby through surrogacy.

I don't eat meat anyway. My protein sources for pregnancy have been tofu, tempeh, beans, nuts, hummus, yogurt, and soy milk.
Having some whole grains (ww pasta, brown rice, etc) topped with lots of sauteed or steamed vegetables is a very healthy and balanced dinner, especially if you can get some beans or tofu in there too. A lot of vegetables are naturally sweet, like parsnips, yams, tomatoes, squash... that should hit your "sweet" buttons but be healthier than just having fruit.
Being pregnant has made me have a huge aversion to meat as well so I've been eating bean and cheese burritos like crazy and also fettuccini alfredo (spelling??) with broccoli!
