Yes and No. I didn't think I was particularly *big* for 18 weeks at all, and I think I had gained @ 5 lbs as of last week. But I had pretty bad morning sickness and no appetite for a while and think that I may have lost some weight or a least "broken even" in the first trimester. And this is my second pregnancy, so I just assumed that I started showing faster because of that.
Ever since the ultrasound however, I feel like I've *really* popped. And it's only been a week. DH and I have been joking that the twins wanted to really surprise us so they were "sucking in" until we found out.
My midwives manually felt my belly to get an idea, but they don't actually start measuring until later in the pregnancy (I can't remember which week they did in my first... somewhere in the 20s.)

I'm just getting back to the weight I was before pregnant. I lost 6 with morning sickness. And I'm still having a hard time eating at night sometimes.
It's my first pregnancy and I'm not showing a ton, Over the last week or so it's started to come out more but it's not "big" by any means
I guess we'll see.
Did they do any fundal height measurements on you recently?
