Shower Invite ?

So I am helping my SIL make my shower invites and I am just wondering if its a better idea to put RSVP by a specific date or Regrets Only. Any opinions on this?

    I think regrets only is easier on the party planner. There will be less responses. Just my lazy way of thinking!

    I like to know from everyone that way I know if everyone has responded.  People still forget to send regrets and it makes it easier to plan if you know exactly who will be there.
