I've never gotten a flu shot before (I have a VERY strong immune system) but since it's offered free of charge on-site by my employer, I'm getting one this year.
I have never had a flu shot before, but this year I plan on getting both the regular and the H1N1. I work on campus with students and this stuff is rampant.
I have never gotten it, I'm not going to start now. But I also work alone in an office all day, I don't deal with people or kids. So my risk in general is low.

I think I will. I noticed while walking up two flights of stairs that my breathing is getting worse due to my lungs getting pushed up. I'd hate to get the flu and then get pneumonia out of it, too. Even though I had a super pneumonia vax a few yrs ago, I don't want to risk it.

I'm leaning toward no. I've never gotten it before, I'm very healthy (even though I'm pg), and I don't have a lot of contact with large populations, kids, or the public. I work PT hours in people's homes. I think I'm just going to be really on top of whether I feel any flulike symptoms and getting to the doc asap if I do.
Re: POLL: General Flu Shot
I get it every year. Definately will get it this year and H1N1 shot, too.
Yes, I 've gotten the shot for the past 10 years running (work at a large facility with hundreds of children) and am definitely doing so this year.
