Prenatal Yoga?

Hello!

 Now that I am 12 weeks and feeling better, I want to start doing prenatal yoga.  I usually go to Peachtree Yoga in Sandy Springs, but the only prenatal class they have is on Saturday am (not a good time for me), so I am looking for a prenatal yoga class in the evenings, preferably in North Atlanta.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

    Check out Oh Baby Fitness (www.ohbabyfitness.com).  They have all kinds of prenatal classes, not just yoga.  I think their classes made such a difference in my pregnancy and recovery. 

    If you just want yoga, I highly recommend Pierce Yoga (www.pierceyoga.com) in VA-Highlands.  More of a spiritual workout, but good non the less.

    I did a session at Pierce Yoga in the VA- Highlands and loved it. it was peaceful and relaxing and really really helped with learning new positions to be comfortable. I loved it, but of course, it is a far drive from North of Atl.

    I bought a prenatal youga dvd and love it... it has 3 different women doing the exercises to show 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester changes in how to do the stuff.  It also breaks down the workout into 3 sections so that you don't have to do all 3 at once if you are short on time one day.

    I second oh baby. I never did their yoga but i did combo class, water aerobics, and pilates.  E and i have been to mom and baby pilates too and are going to mom and baby water aerobics this week

    I live in NA and was strongly recommended by a gf to visit Pierce Yoga.  She said it is worth the drive.
