2nd Trimester

Anyone else experience this after sex?

My whole stomach feels weird like tons of pressure or something.  I feel like the baby is going to drop out!  It almost feels like I have gas that won't come out...sorry if that is TMI.  Anyone else feel this way?!

  • I read about this somewhere. Your uterus is cramping or contracting one of the two. It said that when you have sex and orgasm before pregnancy that you don't notice it because your uterus is so far inside of you. Hope this helps!!

  • I feel crampy, but I wouldn't describe it as pressure. It's normal, no worries. My vag gets really red and swollen too...sorry if tmi. Confused

    This does help, thanks :)

  • It's definately the aftermath of an orgasm. It's been more noticable to me in the past 2-3 weeks.

If it's uncomfortable you could always NOT orgasm......

LMAO Big Smile I couldn't even keep a straight face, lol

    But it's normal...just a little weird!

I first read that, and I was like WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!

    Hahaha...

I experience this sometimes, too. I usually attribute it to what the baby might be laying on. I can only imagine how much more intense it will be when I'm further along. ?

  • When I orgasm, sometimes, my uterus feels like it's turned into a rock! It's freaky. I almost worry that the baby is getting squeezed out! And almost always, even if I don't get the rock-uterus feeling, my uterus gets SUPER hard. At least it helps me find where my uterus is at these days Smile

I asked my midwife about it at my last appointment and she said it was fine, normal, and not dangerous at all.
