FIL!

FIL is landlord...We had a storm and we are having a new roof put on and ceilings repiared as well as new carpet put in.  Well since he got the homeowner's insurance check, he has taken it upon himslef to take care of everything.  Good and Bad!  The roofer he picked has said three more weeks twice!  I finally flipped out today at Sunday lunch and said that the roofer only had 4 more times to say 3 more wks and then the baby would be here.  His reply: "the baby wouldn't be on the roof" My reply ( that I wish I had the guts to say ;): "well while they are working we will come hang out at your house!"

    WOW! That's why I would never rent to, or from family. Too much crap can go wrong. We had to sue our old landlord, can't imagine if it had been a relative. Well I hope this guy gets his act together and finishes your roof before it gets cold.
