ugh. I took a nap b/c I just couldn't do any more work, and now I'm all groggy and cranky and hungry and hot. I wish I could go back to bed for the rest of the night.
Sorry for all the complaining today.

We must have been on the same wave length because I just woke up from a nap as well. I feel refreshed but just know I'm going to have trouble falling asleep tonight
TTC #1 w/ endo since Sept 2005. After many losses, a lap, tons of meds and tons of testing and, one failed IVF cycle, we were blown away with a surprise, sticky BFP...it's a girl!!!
You better get used to that groggy feeling! LOL. It may help to nap in your bed only with very few clothes on and turn the temp down a few degrees. I always wake up sweaty & gross after a nap...that is one of the only things that helped.
I understand... I can't stand the feeling of waking up. My skin feels ultra sensitive, and I just feel so blah. It goes away after I wake up a little, but it takes some time.
But when I wake up from a nap, I usually have a headache and indigestion, so unless I really feel like I need one, I try not to take naps, although I love sleeping.

Ugh, that stinks!
My naps have been like that lately too. You think you'll feel better and you wake up feeling worse.
I hope you can get a good nap in soon.
