Want to diagnose my dd?

No fever

Swings between being perfectly happy one minute to crying hysterically the next

Red spots on her tummy, diaper area, neck, and face (not raised above the skin, just spots)

Checked her gums, but I don't see/feel any signs of teeth

Still sttn 12-13hrs no problem

WDYT? This has been going on all weekend. I first thought of teething, but I don't see any signs in her gums and she's still sleeping fine. I also thought of allergic reaction, but she hasn't had any new foods or been exposed to anything new recently. I plan to call the dr. tomorrow if this continues, but wanted to get y'alls opinions. TIA!

Little bitty spots- kind of looks like a rash, but like I said they're not raised at all

Is it a lacy red rash that isn't raised? If it is, it could be Fifths... which is a kind of measels but there's nothing that you can do about it. It's not really harmful in anyway either, just bothersome. I've had it, it wasn't bad except a rash and C's had it.

I'd still go to the dr tomorrow and get stuff checked out. Babies have their bad days so maybe your lo is just having an off weekend.
