DD's birthday party is going to be at Lower Allen Community Park. Is there anywhere in the area where I can pick up some helium balloons to take to the park? I don't think there is a Party City over that way... TIA!

The Giant in Camp Hill or New Cumberland does balloons. You just have to order a day or so in advance. I just picked up a dozen for DD's birthday this past weekend.

There's a new party store that just opened in the plaza where Quizno's is on the Pike down from the Holiday Inn. I don't know what the name of it is though.

I got Sophia's balloons at Party City in Harrisburg because they have a better selection for 1st birthday than Giant does.

Are you having her party at the Kid's Pavilion at Lower Allen? I almost had Sophia's party there but we changed our minds.
