I made it out alive

So i survived my first baby shower since H and I were diagnosed last year. It totally sucks and I wll be avoiding all baby showers from now on. There were a ton on pg people..talk about being pg...babies breast feeding..not breast feeding...and all kinds of opions on how to raise a child. I couldnt wait to get out of there.Oh yea and the gushing mom to be opening extremley cute baby gifts... :o(

Not to mention the fact that i was at the neighbor table with all my neighbors asking me about my current job situation and when ill be going back(i lost my job) and then one neighbor preceeded to tell me that i reminded her about the previous neighbor who used to own the house i currently live in (this neighbor was known as a total *** and talked to no one)...umm??? thanks.

im home eating pizza(not ww friendly...need to hit the gym tomorrow) and plan on taking a nap to forget this horrid day!!!

    I agree!! Pizza is well deserved. Baby showers are a nightmare of bad emotions aren't they!? Just keep thinking, it will be me someday!!

    Ugh that sounds like a total nightmare. I'm so sorry you had to go through that! Thankfully it's over with now. Enjoy your pizza, you absolutely deserve it after the afternoon you had!
