Should I call the on-call nurse? *(TMI!)

Sorry for the tmi, but I've had vaginal itching x2 days (about the day after ER). I read online it can be a side effect of the Doxy and I should contact my physician. My RE is closed on the weekend but I have the emergency on-call number....do I call tomorrow or wait to talk to someone at ET on Monday/see if it goes away on its own?

Re: Should I call the on-call nurse? *(TMI!)

  • Vaginal itching sucks and it can indicate an infection. I'd call the nurse, even if it were just a side effect, she may be able to tell you if there is anything you can do (rather than dealing with it all weekend). Good luck.
