i stopped coloring my hair to cover the gray b/c i hated it too! my gray is getting worse though so i think i am going to have to bite the bullet and start again. my mom and sister have been doing these glazes that last like 6 weeks, i may try that.
I was told by my bff/personal stylist (she takes it upon herself to show me what's "in" and she is a professional hairstylist) that I should have my hair my natural color for the wedding so it wouldn't look like it was from a particular era of my life (big deal but whatev) so I've been brunette for about a year. I miss the blonde but it's no upkeep. I've been leaning towards highlights lately though....maybe it will change. For now, nothing but I've done a lot in the past.
Hilights and low-lights for most of my adult years but finally went natural. It has taken me a year and 1/2 to grow it out, but it has saved me a lot of time and money! However, when we do have a baby, and we don't have to spend money trying to make a baby, I will probably go back to getting my hair done!
Absolutely!! I've been coloring my hair since HS and almost NO one can believe when I tell them red isn't my natural color. I'm really a blonde but I just love my red hair. Although I REALLY want to put some wild funky color into it too, like purple, but I know I would get in trouble at work with that. Stupid dress code.

Not sure what to do now. Sad and lost.
Yep. The gray starting coming in when I was in college. So now I color it red (naturally brown) and have a lighter red tone highlight and darker red lowlights. It's expensive but it's one of the few things I allow myself to do.
Re: Do you highlight/color your hair?
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

Yes... both color and highlights.
Current color of choice.. purple
Highlights, because my hair is practically black and any grays stick out like neon . . .
I just got highlights this morning and am happy to be back to blond!
Totally jealous!!!
