You know who breaks my heart?

Caroline Kennedy.

I just saw her speaking at her uncle's memorial.  Can you think of anyone who has lost more people close to them in their life?  It's terribly sad.

Plus I have some vague memories of her at her brother's funeral which was really sad too - if I remember right, she leaned on her uncle a lot for support.  So that makes it sadder to me.

    Yeah I remember thinking that after the plane crash. Seems like their family is destined for tragedy.

    M and I were talking about the same thing this morning.  She has definitely seen more than her fair share of tragedy.

    I think she has had so much tragedy.  But you know what always comes to mind first when I hear her name?  I always think of her in her wedding dress with her Uncle Teddy walking her into the church.  She is an amazingly strong woman.  We should all be blessed with as much character and strength as she has.  She'll get through this and probably turn it into something wonderful.
