Anyone read Eat This Not That! For Kids! ?

I am like 10 pages into it and I am already grossed out by what I eat. An eye-opener so far, that is for sure. And I've hardly gotten to the meat of it!

Mostly sodium, chemicals and HFCS. I think I need to start putting a lot more natural things into our diets.
