Feeling useless today

My grand accomplishments for the day are feeding a zillion cherry tomatoes to my greedy chickens, folding laundry, and making turkey tacos.  That's it.  All I want to do is answer Smilee's surveys and then have a hot bath, a glass of wine, and read a trashy romance novel and go to bed.  LOL.

    My chickies haven't laid eggs yet but any day now.  I have 7 chickens and 8 roosters and of those I am keeping 2 or 3 so I'll be "processing" the other 5-6 roosters.  I've never done that before so I'm not looking forward to it but I know it needs to be done.  They are starting to get too aggressive and they aren't producers.  I've tried to sell/give/get rid of them but no one wants them so into the pot they go.  I'll keep the best few as breeding stock and the rest...ya...
