"20 plus small"

do any of my fellow PCOS'ers o RE office's ultrasound techs say this?  Just curious, that is how they refer to the number of undeveloped follies at my office...there are usually 20+ small on each of my ovaries in addition to any mature ones that I have...

    that is the typical way to describe a cystic ovary, the string of pearl look on an u/s. Pretty common among pcos ladies.

    My RE says something similar. I think I've heard them say "30 less than" or "30 less than 10". Kinda freaked me out the first time I heard it, but now I'm used to it.
