Slow board lately...

I swear the only time I ever have to really spend time on the board is the weekend- and that is when most people get out of the house! 

Anyone have weekend plans?

I'm making myself a pizza tonight and Sunday we are going to the Cub game for my dad's birthday.  It's my 1st trip to Wrigley all summer- this should be a sin for a Cub fan!

    We're also having pizza tonight, but not homemade.  Tomorrow is my friend's son's 3rd birthday party (the one I posted about in "Adventures in Babysitting").  Sunday I think DH and I are going to play golf then going to his Mom's, but I'm not sure. 

    DH came home from work and fell asleep on the couch, and I'm bored!

    It has been slow lately. Sad

    We're doing nothing!  I am kind of excited about it.  We have to puppysit.  It isn't as exciting as I thought it would be.  But fun nonetheless.  I have to catch up on my math also not exciting but I will feel so much better when it is done.

    We're not doing anything tonight either.  Brian has his first fantasy football draft party tomorrow and I have his cousin's bridal shower that I've yet to get a gift for.  Apparently I was too wrapped up in my own wedding to care about someone else's shower :)  Sunday we're having my family over since it's my dad's birthday.

    DH is stuck working nights tongiht, tomorrow, and sunday.  So I'm bored, thinking about breaking open a bottle of wine.  I had a horrific day at work  today. I mean bad.  I cried my eyes out like a little b*tch.  Seriously who does that.  I'm such a nerd.  Anyway  DH gave me some cash to shop to cheer me up.  so I guess that makes up for it.

    In other words.. Nothing to exciting.

    I'm waiting until Prince Peter wakes up from his royal nap and then we're driving down to my parents house in South Jersey.  Tomorrow is my red-headed BFFs birthday and we (meaning all the girlfriends + hubby's of those who have) are meeting up in Atlantic City for dinner.  Everyone's going out drinking and clubbing after, but I think I'm going to be too tired by then.
