F/U my needed vibes from this morning..

Sorry I realized after I posted that I didn't elaborate enough this morning, as I posted in a hurry - The reason this needed to be resolved today was because my classes start on Monday. I was really frustrated about even having to go to this particular campus because it's not even the place I'll be taking classes. It's 40 minutes from it actually, and the my program is just in conjunction with the college I went to in name sake. Frustrating.

And, the English skills lacking comment probably required further elaboration as well. He was very difficult to understand through the telephone, because he was not making complete sentences and they definitely weren't structured normally. He only seemed to ask the same two or three questions repeatedly - as if that's all that he knew to talk about. And you'd already answered those questions when you introduced yourself and told him why you were calling. (Example: You probably shouldn't ask me if I've sent in the tax records for last year if I've already said "I faxed you my '08 tax records and the other documents you requested earlier in the week.") But, it all worked out fine because everyone I dealt with today was actually nice and polite. Whew.

Anyway, it all worked out. I got registered and paid them my tuition to skip the financial aid line to see if my money had transferred. I got my books and new student ID (aka ID badge to take with me when I'm doing my practicum). I'll be starting school on Monday.
