What was the last vacation you took?

We went to the Jersey shore about a month ago.

    Last August we went to Australia.  
    Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN.     Sept 2007 - cruise to bahamas and then spent 5 days in miami

    but in 7 days we'll finally be on our post-IF hell vacation

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    At the beginning of Aug., I went with my DH, ILs, BIL, his GF, and family friends on a white watering rafting trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.  It was completely out of my comfort zone but SUCH an amazing trip!
    TTC since 05 :( Dh diagnosed with azoospermia. Unsuccessful reconstructive surgery in 07-08. IVF w/ ICSI #1: BFP! 1 strong heartbeat and 1 lost twin @ 2nd U/S...bittersweet Lilypie Second Birthday tickers

    In July we went to Florida and then to DC and in August we went to Dallas.

    The first weekend in Aug DH and I went to Holderness, NH for a HUGE family reunion with MIL, BIL, SIL and three nieces. I also got to me meet DH's uncle and cousin from Wisconsin and had such an awesome time. It's the first time we have been to NH in a season other than fall and it was fun to swim in the lake.

    Went on a 9-day cruise to the Southern Caribbean in Jan. 09, but we did do a mini-vacation to Charleston, SC in June to visit the IL.

    I just got back from a week long houseboat trip on Lake Powell, UT with the IL's. It was relaxing and such a beautiful lake.

    My BFF came down to visit us in April and we drove over to Atlanta for 2 days to let her see the sights.  Did the Aquarium w/ the Behind-the-Scenes tour, World of Coke, Ikea, Braves game, The Varsity, etc.  It was a fun trip!

    We took a 7 cruise in Feb. to celebrate our anniversary and to try to get over our m/c that December. It was nice.

    The last trip we went some where was September 2008. We went to Boston for our second wedding anniversary and my DH's birthday. We went there for our first wedding anniversary too. DH is a huge Red Sox fan and I like getting him tickets for his birthday.

    DH was off this week but that was because he is remodeling our master bathroom. The last extended time I had off was the week of Christmas last year. I am so so overdue for a break.
