Babies: 9 - 12 Months

if you FF with sensitive formula ...

when, if ever, did you switch to regular formula?

I'm wondering if his belly can handle it at this point ... I'd really like to stop buying the more expensive kind, but I don't want to mess up his system.

wwyt?

Re: if you FF with sensitive formula ...

  • We switched at 3 months, cold turkey, with no concerns. Pedi felt cold turkey was best since we would see a reaction quicker if there was going to be one.

WHat are you using?  Mo's on Goodstart and doing well.  We were using Target's brand of sensitive but if was the foulest smelling formula after it been reguritated.

  • We've been using similac sensitive since he was about 2.5 months old..Our pedi recommended mixing a regular formula with it to get him used to it around 8-9 months that way when we start to transition him to regular milk around 12 months it won't be a big deal!
  • We've used Similac Sensitive since she was 2 weeks old, we haven't bothered to switch because it's the same price and it seems to be working so I'd rather not mess that up
