Over Zealous?

My Dr delivers at Methodist in Sugarland and says I will like it, but doesn't want me to schedule a tour until later in my pregnancy.  I feel like I should be researching this now.   I'm I being over zealous or is this normal?  Does anyone have any good bad or ugly comments I hear about Methodist in Sugarland - or have suggestions of places to research?  I have googled, but haven't found much .. .

    I was 37 weeks when we did our class/hospital tour.  I had my oldest on the last day of class.  lol So I don't think that's too unheard of.  (but it was a birthing/lamaze class and included a tour of the hospital)

    You could certainly go ahead and check it out, but I think most wait til later.  Are you concerned you won't like the hospital?

    I was like you--we did our hospital tour at 3 months, it was early (everyone else on the tour was about to pop), but I was glad we did.
