beta doubled!

So I went for my second beta today and they said it was 717!  I am overjoyed but very cautious.  Does anyone know when they would be able to do an ultrasound for a heartbeat?
Dx PCOS Three cycle of Clomid- BFN HSG- clear 6/09-Follistim and HCG IUI on 7/7/09 BFN 7/09- Follistim and Ovidrel IUI on 8/11/09 BFP! beta #1-342 beta #2-717 Joey was born on 5/5/10 Trying for #2 since 6/12 6/12- Gonal F and Ovidel IUI on 7/10. BFN 8/12- Gonal F and Ovidrel. IUI on 8/10. BFN 9/12- Gonal F and Ovidrel IUI BFN 10/22 Gonal F, Menopur, Ganirelex 11/4 trigger 11/6 ER 14R 10F 11/11 ET transferred one 4AA embryo beta 11/20! BFP Betas stop multiplying . m/c at 5 weeks moving on to FET if my numbers ever get back to 0!

    Congratulations!  My RE said that when I do get my BFP they will continue b/w monitoring until beta levels = 1500 or higher, and then they will do a scan, but they didn't say what I might be able to see that point....probably not much.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    Congrats!!!

    I had my first u/s for a h/b at 5w0d. But some RE's wait until 7 weeks to check for h/b so they dont get you nervous.

    TTC #1 since 2007. Dx: Unexplained infertility. 4 IUIs in 2008 = BFN. IVF #1 07/09. DD #1 born April 2010 (40w5d).
    TTC #2 since 2011. Dx: Endometriosis and hypothyroidism. 2 FETs in 2012, BFP 6/12 but m/c @ 7 weeks. IVF #2 06/13. DD #2  born March 2014 (40w1d).

    TTC #1 for 2 1/2 years with Endo 3 cycles with Clomid in early 2008- all BFN's Lap #1 4/2008, Lupron for 6 mos Refered to RE 3 cycles with Femera and IUI in early 2009- all BFN's Lap #2 06/2009 IVF #1: started cycle 7/15/2009 ER 8/26/2009 ET 8/31/2009 BFP 9/7/2009 C-Section 5/5/2010 TTC #2 since May 2011 IUI #1 March 9 2012= BFN IUI #2 April 6 2012= ????

    Congratulations! 
    Ectopic pregnancy Aug. 2008, followed by a diagnosis of two blocked tubes.
    IVF#1 gave us a BFP on 8/24/09, DD born May 2010
    Surprise, natural BFP July 2012 ended in miscarriage 9/4/12 at 10w4d

    I think the earliest they can check for a heartbeat is around 6 weeks.

    we had our 1st u/s at 6w2d and were able to see the heartbeat.
