Just Fought Down A Panic Attack

I was thinking about my beta next week. Now that I'm on progesterone, I actually have a 2ww and a chance to be pg at all. All of the sudden my heart started racing and it got hard to breathe. (This happened to me once before and turned into a full blown panic attack. It was horrible.) This time I closed my eyes and took lots of deep breaths. It worked b/c the feeling finally went away before it turned into a real panic attack. Maybe I should just POAS on Monday and get it over with. Ugg.
