I wouldn't actually suggest registering for many diapers. ?Different brands are going to work/not work on different babies. ?Huggies didn't work for us at all (tons of leaks and blow outs no matter which size we tried) and we had good luck with Pampers and Luv's. ?But I know other people who swear by Huggies.

I'd wait on the diapers until your baby is here.?

My advice, don't register for diapers. So many children have sensitive skin, and it takes some time to determine which brand is right for your child. The worst thing is to have tons of diapers that you can't use because they give your child a rash.

I wouldn't register for diapers unless you are CDing. I guess you could to get them cheaper with your completion coupon but it seems a bit silly to me.

That was pretty much my thought, too. We're CDing and while I have a favorite that I want to use, I want to make sure it works out for us.

Papmpers Swaddlers - everyone in my family with babies swears by them. We'll only open one box so that we can exchange the others if they end up not working for us.

None but I used Swaddler's with DD. Luvs did not work for us and I just did not like the way Huggies got after they were soiled. I didn't register for diapers I just asked for them when someone brought up what we needed.

We used the Pampers swaddlers for dd1 and they were the best.

At one of my showers we had a diaper derby. Anyone who brought a pack of diapers got a raffle ticket and a chance to win a prize. With that we ended up getting all sorts of brands and such to try out. You could try that and see what you like.

Pampers Swaddlers. All of my friends swear by them and they smell so good! We registered for 1 pack of newborns and two enormous boxes of size 1's.

I'm only registering for one box of Pampers Swaddlers. We use them for my niece and my friend uses them for her son and loves them. I want to feel like I'm prepared when I bring LO home, so I want at least one box.
