While I like both names I would go with Maxwell(nn=max). I like how you have done the formal thing then callled them by the nn. This way each boy has a formal name if they choose someday. HTH.

If I had to pick, I would pick Jack. Only because my dad's dog's name is Max. But then again, my dog's name is Jax, so I probably shouldn't have a Jack and a Jax in the same house. LOL. That's a tough one. I was no help at all. Sorry.
I like them both. I really love the name Max though! Had this one been a boy, he would have been Max

I like Maxwell and think it goes well with your other boys' names. If you want Jack you could always use Jackson with Jack as a nn. I really love Maxwell and it would be on our list if Dh didn't veto it.

Re: Help me choose between 2 names..
Both are super popular right now.

LOL!
I'm not worried if they are trendy or popular, b/c both Jack and Max are traditional, old-fashioned, and have stood the test of time..
I really like both Max and Jack. I would pick Max though, just because there are SO many Jacks/Jacksons/Jaxons right now.
