Brown 1 lb ground beef or turkey with 1 chopped onion. Drain grease from ground beer and pour into a 4 qrt pot. Add 1 can of kidney beans, 1 can of shoepeg corn, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 packet of taco seasoning, and 1 packet of ranch seasoning. If you want it a little soupy add a cup of water. If you want it chunky the liquid from the beans and corn should do it. Mix and heat until warm.
Very easy and so yummy! You can garnish with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.

1 cup brown rice
chicken pieces
can of mushrooms
can of cream of mushroom soup
can of cream of dhicken soup
1 cup of chicken broth
salt, pepper, garlic
Layer ingredients in same order as above. Cover with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.

1 package broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli by the cole slaw)
1 bottle sesame-ginger asian salad dressing
craisins and almonds
let sit overnight for better flavor
Mix in mixer:
-2 bricks of cream cheese
-1 can of chopped green chillis (chillis and juice)
-1/4 brick of shredded sharp cheddar
-1/2 sleeve of crushed townhouse crackers
-chopped jalapenos to taste (leave out the juice and seeds unless you like it really spicy)
-1/2 cup of mayo.
Bake at 350 for a half hour or until warmed all the way through.
Remove from oven and sprinkle mixture of 1/2 sleeve of crushed townhouse crackers and 1/4 brick of shredded sharp cheddar on top. Broil until crispy.
Serve with the rest of the box of crackers!
