avg, estrogen levels?

I went today for my CD7 u/s and bloodwork. I've been on follistim for IUI since Sunday.  My Estrogen level was 457.  Nurse said everything looked good - i'm going to stim for 2 more nights and get checked again on Saturday.

Just wondering what you guys had at this point. Thanks!

    Do you mean Estradiol? If I remember correctly, it should be about 200 for each mature follicle.  You seem right on track.  I think I had 3 follies and an E2 of 640 on CD8.

    hmm, I guess so. I'm new at this and totally clueless.  I just do what the nurse says!  Whatever they take blood for to see if the follistim is working :)

    Yeah, that's your E2 level (I wasn't sure if it was the same thing as estrogen or what, lol).  But your number looks good...how many follies did you have?  2-3?  Are you doing IUI?  My follistim/IUI cycle is what finally worked for me, and I've seen quite a few other women with 1st follistim cycle success!

    I had 3 around size 12 and then a few smaller ones (8 and under). 

    I hope we have success - if not, we are headed to IVF and that just overwhelms me!
