I have briefly discussed with the RE that we'll be moving on to IVF after this cycle but tomorrow is our official sit down. They told me that I'll have to go on BCP for a month, but I'm going to request to do at least 2 months so I can get in better shape.
What are some good questions to ask the RE about how I should be preparing my body, protocol, timing, what to expect, etc. . . ?

Hypoglycemic | thyroid issues | severely anemic
Multiple Clomid cycles of 50, 100, 150 - absolutely no response
Follistim 50/100 | Follistim 75/125 | Follistim 100/150 IUI - all BFNs
Converted IVF - BFP - m/c | FET - BFN | IVF #2 = BFN
