So how did your ER go? 

 I am MUCH less sore this time than I was last!  Thank goodness!

    It went well, I am not very sore either.  They gave me some versed in the pre-op room and that is all I really remember and then I woke up in post op.  I have been dreading the PIO shot becuase I have heard that it is aweful.  I had my best friend come over (she is also a nurse) and give it to me and I did not even feel it.  I hope it continues that way.  How are you today?

    How many eggs did you get?  Did they tell you how many were mature?  I was really wanting to know how many of mine were mature becuase on the us on Monday I had only five mature.  Just curious.

    Yeah, I remember being wheeled into the op room, and the anesthesiologist giving me the drugs and I made some smart ass comment... and then I woke up in post op over an hour later.  My abdomen was sore for several days after ER last time.  This time I'm a little tender but way better.  They got 18 eggs from me.  Which seems weird since the u/s tech said I had 30 follies at my monitoring appointment on Monday.  Which 30 is way too many to get good quality but still the disparity is a little worrisome.  Did I ovulate some of the eggs prior to ER?  Or were some of the follies empty?  Hmmm...  It is typical that they don't tell you maturity until the following day.  I'm very nervous about this.  My follies on my last monitoring day ranged from 26 mm (too big) to 10 mm (too small).  So who knows how many will actually be good.  I'm supposed to get a call prior to 10 am tomorrow to let me know maturity and fert numbers.  Good luck to both of us!

    How was your fert report today?  Only 6 out of 11 of my eggs were mature and out of the six  four fertilized.  Now we have to wait and see how they are doing tommorrow.  Good Luck hope you are still feeling good.   Have a good night.
