Why the headache today?

I have been doing really well with this no caffeine thing.  I am on day 4 and other than the first day, the last 2 days I have felt fine.  Perhaps more tired, but that is really it.

Then today.. BAM.. killer headache is back.

My body is so stupid... I guess I am too if I don't anticipate that it is never going to react as it should.

    Yeah those caffeine withdrawal headaches can be a bear! How much caffeine did you drink per day?

    I gave it up in January the first time, and prior to that.... I was a beast.  Seriously.  I had like 2 cups in the morning, and then a co-worker would fet me one at lunch from Dunkin' Donuts. 

    Then, I fell off the wagon after my M/C in May.  

    This time though, I really only had one cup in the am, which was half caf... we make it that way at home.  Since I have been home all summer, I have been popping back mire Diet pepis than normal.

    But I was no where near where I was in Jan... that was like 2 weeks of hell with the withdrawal.  Thank god for lnle... she would check up on me daily!

    Giving up caffeine is really hard.  The headaches being the worst part.  But it will be so worth it when you get your BFP next month.

    you're sweet!!! I know how horrible I felt when I had to give up the caffeine, and the nesties supported me, so I just wanted to pay it forward. I'm glad you're doing it on your own this time.

    and go take some tylenol!
