Spotting question...

Ok I had my natural m/c starting on 8/12 and the bleeding was never heavy more like a normal period...and stopped bleeding on 8/18 so only about 6 days of spotting/bleeding..no bad cramps.

HCG this tuesday was 368 (week before 560)

It was slowing down so kinda sucked it wasnt 0 yet.

My question is now DH and I just had sex **office sex oooo ;-) 

But I went to the bathroom and had some brown and red spotting only when I wiped...sorry TMI...this normal? Should I prepare myself to bleed again for a little while?

Im trying to stay positive about it even though I was hoping I would be Oing soon...trying to tell myself its good because now probably my HCG will be dropping to 0 much faster...

    I think it's normal. I had that myself with both pregnancies after the bleeding stopped. It's just blood that was trapped in the uterus, and the friction of sex finally made it leave the vagina. I had that for a few days, and it completely stopped. Although I was advised to wait atleast 3 weeks to have sex again, so it may be still early for you.

    this is a bit off-topic, but not only do you have leftover material in your uterus..but when I got my period after my son was delivered (6-7 weeks later) a chunk of placenta came out too. So, just goes to show that it takes some time for your body to work itself out.

    Thanks everyone..I wasnt really worried just sucks because I thought it was all over and moving on to a normal cycle soon..but nope my body just does not want to help me out here...
