Two questions ...

Can I just get Sacagawea Dollar Coins at any bank?

A friend of ours' kid is graduating from pre-school (I think it's preschool. Might be kindergarten) tomorrow and I don't want to give a toy because they have every toy in the world already.

I was thinking of getting her a cute piggy bank and putting 25 Sacagawea coins inside. Dumb gift? Boring? Better than nothing? Help! I've got 24 hours and no ideas!

I think that is a great idea! I would think you can get them at a bank. They are legal tender.

that's a great idea. but i would call your bank before going over to see if they have any. i used to work at a bank & we didn't have $1 coins all the time
