I don't think I like the new guy (We've gone through 4-5 in the last year or so). This is the SECOND time he's dropped off my dog food order on the front porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Thing is... he KNOWS I'm pregnant because I met him in the driveway for two smaller packages last week. Now... someone tell me HTH I'm supposed to get TWO 40 lb packages into my house. (Bending over to push them in is currently not an option as I have an injured buttock from the last time I did something similar- its hard enough to walk, bending over ain't happenin') Would it be silly of me to ask one of the guys' in DH's squadron to come over just for that?

Re: NER: MY UPS man...
How long until your DH gets home? If he won't be back today, I'd totally call a guy to come over and do it for me. You do not want to hurt yourself again!
I agree - they'd probably be honored to help. Definitely don't try it yourself!
Not til Monday... And its raining out (thankfully our fron porch is covered). Hopefully someone can swing by. I'm not as close to the new guys as I was to the two guys that just left... and the one I *always* call (and I mean I've called at 2 AM before when I thought someone was trying to get in) is with DH... on a freakin' vacation of a TDY. (They've been snorkeling, hanging out at the beach, on the boat, at bars, at the Bacardi factory... today was their first day was "work" and he left on FRIDAY!)
that is annoying! I once thought someone was breaking in because there was a HUGE crash in the front of my house. I crept out there only to realize it was because the FedEx guy had probably walked 1/2 up the walk and then just tossed the box in the vague direction of the door. It knocked over the broom I had left out there earlier in the day and everything crashed into the front door.
As for your boxes, I guess I would try to get some help?
Holy crap- that sucks! I'm a little surprised its like that. I always hear how great a company it is to work for. (I have had packages delivered as late at 8:45 before so I definitely feel for them on those days.) This is the first time I've ever had one that couldn't knock or ring the bell. (Since its TWO boxes, they usually knock or ring the bell between the two and then offer to pop them over the threshold for me if Iopen the door... even before I was pg)
