TTTCAL check-in 8/27/09
This is a weekly check-in for those of us who beat IF and got pregnant, but sadly has suffered a loss. It is hard enough to face infertility. But adding in the fear of mc/pregnancy loss makes our journeys all the more stressful. This check-in is just a way to provide extra support to each other. If you want to be on the list just respond to this post with an intro and your EDD(s) and I'll add you.
Huge Congratulations to JinsWifey on your surprise BFP. Extra Super Sticky baby dust to you. And congrats to cheekyali on your second beta! Hopefully this little one is planning to stick around for the long haul.
Congrats to *jenjen* on the great biopsy results and transfer. I hope your little embie are making themselves comfy for a 9 month stay.

Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN. FET #4 BFP after removing bilateral hydrosalpinx and 3 months of lupron depot. Sticky Bun is here!!

Congrats to all the BFPs. I love that our sticky baby list has grown so much already.
Update: My beta is on Sunday. Starting to get nervous. : (
QOTD: We have a party to go to on Saturday. No plans for Sunday. I guess we'll see what happens with the beta and take things from there.

Update: ET yesterday...my 2 healthy blasts are snuggling in right now. Beta will be a week from tomorrow.
QOTD: My MIL is coming in town today for the weekend, so i'll be biting my tongue, faking smiles and trying to brush off her catty comments for the next few days

This is still our break month, it seems like it's lasting forever. Can't wait to start meds again hopefully next week. Sunday is my gma's 86th bday party & sat will be grocery day I'm sure.

update: beta #4 was 2422 - only a 64% rise from Monday. I cannot wait to get to the first u/s next Friday!
QOTD: hopefully doing some shopping for more maternity dresses, given my bloated state of affairs.
I usually do the IVF check in , but I guess I can be doing both.
quick intro- I have a blocked right tube, possible endo but didn't have lap to be positive. I tried 2 IUI's both BFN. 1st IVF was a BFP but at second u/s there was no heart beat. Took meds to induce m/c, bled for a month straight, had to have a D&E. Upon time to start FET did a SIS it showed material still in my uterus. Had a hysteroscopy and have my follow up appt next week. I am going ahead and starting lupron for my FET cycle though so hopefully things will be OK next week. I'm not sure what EDD stands for. Sorry.
QOTD: Dh is out of town so I'm having a game night at my house. The bad part is many of my friends have kids and are pregnant and I can't not invite them and I can't drink. I am still looking forward to getting together and having some good laughs.

I am currently waiting for my results from my 7dpo bw. They took it Tuesday morning and still nothing. The wait is killing me. I am about to call. AF should arrive sometime this weekend...hopefully not at all!
This weekend we are going to a high school football game friday night, hiking saturday, nothing sunday.

We are on what will likely be our last cycle to TTC on our own, before starting BCP in Oct for IVF. I always chart my cycles, and had a mini-freak out earlier this week, thinking I o'd super early, but my temps came back down. I was SO upset thinking we might have missed our last chance to TTC on our own.
QOTD: I was out of town last weekend, so looking forward to being home this weekend. Although, it will be 108 degrees all weekend, so probably inside for most of it! Need to clean house....ugh

I am not doing so well. Today is my 30th birthday. I am a lot less hopeful and optimistic than I was before our first BFP and I am very bummed that my doctor doesn't seem to have a gander as to what is happening. In fact, other than the HSG and a repeat SA, they haven't done any testing. To be fair, I did have an RPL workup (I think most of the clotting disorders and MTHFR but not sure about the immune panel) and a saline sono last spring. It honestly feels like I will never get pg again...we have to worry about getting pg and if we do, worry for 9 months till the baby is here...it's so depressing.
After the m/c I was very hopeful that if I just got myself on track, lost some weight, got healthy again thta I would O on my own and get pg within a few months. I foolishly EXPECTED to be pg again by June because it happened so easily last time...well I respond to all the meds and nothing...and no one can offer an explanation and it is almost worse because "you got pg last time"....
I am thinking that if we are not pg by this holiday season with injectibles that we will move onto IVF...I don't think I have another option really if we want a child soon...
QOTD: Maybe a b-day dinner when I'm done wallowing....
Can I join in? I have had two m/c, for a total of 3 lost babies in the past 6 months, all early pregnancy losses. My EDD's would have been 10/6/09 and 03/29/10. I sure could use the support of others who are in the same boat as me. My last D&E was just a week ago today, so we really aren't heading anywhere for treatment as of right now, but our goal will be FET when my body catches up since we have 11 frozen embryos. I haven't been coping well with this last loss so I have been put on Xanax and Lexapro and also Relpax for migraines. So hopefully I can pull out of this depression!
QOTD: My weekend plans are to just make it through the weekend.

I had my estrogen levels and u/s today (CD7, 4th day of stims). So far everything looks good. Levels were in the 400's, I have a few follies around 12 and a few more around 8. Lining was about an 8. I go back Sat. after 2 more days of stims and hopefully have my next IUI early next week.
Weekend: I don't think I have any plans! And after the 1st few days of school, I am ok with that! I might do some shopping at the outlets. Not sure though.
