Follow Up to IF insurance WWYD???

I emailed her back and it sounds like a great job.  Plus there is a pay increase of about $8,000 - 10,000 more than what I am making now.

I am going to talk to DH about it tonight.  I can leave the family drama at the office door but I am not sure if she can.  I guess I am doing a Pro and Con list tonight

    It sounds like a great opportunity for a lot of reasons.  While you not be able to control her, could you set boundries from the beginning?  I always say you can't control people but you can control how you react to them.  I'm sure you will make a decision that is right for you.  Does insurance start right away?
