My birthday is monday- depressing!

My 29th birthday is on monday and Im depressed. Never in a million years would I have thought I would still be childless still, we started TTC when I was 26 and still nothing!

I just asked my RE about age and he said you have tons of time, when you are 40 then we have a problem, so that made me feel a little better. I never thought a birthday could depress me so much!

The only "up" side is we have our fingerprint appt this weekend- we are starting the adoption process, so thats exciting!

Our Journey from two to three! 3 IUI's, 2 IVF's, decided to move to foster/adopt. 12/24/2009 Baby C born, 2/1/2010 placed with us, 5/17/2011 Adoption final- we are finally a forever family! Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I turned 30 on the 30th of July and felt the same way. We have been trying since I was 25. I cried cause it was depressing knowing that I was getitng older.

    Happy Birthday!  You are still young.  I think the 35th hit me hard due to the increased risk of Down's syndrome.  Even that was a few years ago. HAHASad

    today is my 30th - I know how you feel - It was a goal of mine to be a mom by 30 and I was well on my way and now I feel like I'm at square one and nowhere....
