so, i'm prepping dinner... and my chicken isn't defrosting fast enough. so i put it into the microwave just to finish the thaw, and it starts to cook... so what do i do? I start crying. standing in the middle of my kitchen with half-cooked chicken breasts on a plate in my hands. just crying. because that's clearly the rational thing to do.
DH takes one look at me and says, "maybe we can try the chicken again tomorrow... let's order pizza."
ha!

honestly, this is the first time i really noticed myself reacting strangely to a situation, and i recognized it immediately. i've been a little more irritable at work, but otherwise, i feel totally fine. good luck!

Sounds similar to my attempt to do beer can chicken. I had it on the grill and then came back to check on it, DH came out with me and said "how is that chicken going" and I opened the grill to find it fully in flames. I closed the lid, took two steps, and sat in the middle of the yard crying. I think that was the clomid chicken...not sure though.
When do you start stimming? I hope this is it for you girl!
omg i could so picture this happening last night!! DH is so good to think so quickly!
FWIW, defrosting chicken in the microwave is my worst enemy in the kitchen so i can totally sympathize with how you were feeling last night!
it's nice how Lupron can get a girl some pizza though!

Wahoo! I'll be watching for you. We are on a similar path, we did 2 IUI's and then moved onto IVF. I should be stimming soon, off bcp and on lupron. I'll be looking for you updates!
