I know I have time but we just booked our tickets. We are visiting my inlaws for Easter..how should I prepare myself, what will we need on the plane.TiA!
If you do not have them already, get the passport applications going. I am not sure if LO will need one, I am assuming he /she will. Also make sure you have a carry on bag with toys, paci's, bottles and a spare outfit or two. You will also need to bring a copy of LO's birth certificate to verify the age.
Yes, you will need a passport. Both you and your husband have to apply for it in person at a Post Office with a Passport Office, you can find out online which ones have them. We are getting ready to apply for DD's Passport so I am well versed on it all. You will need a birth cert to apply for the Passport, of course.

We just applied for DD's passport and it was incredibly easy. Both DH and I had to go and just make sure you have the actual birth certificate. The man in front of us only had the birth registry and was sent away! It cost $60 and the post office fee was like $25.
We also have to apply for VISAs for where we are going once we get DD's passport.
