Back from new RE - Forced break

I'm so sad :o( I only get some many afs a year, and now we have to break for two months. He wants me to go on BCP until I can have an HSG. He said my lining is so thick, that it puts me at great risk for endometrial cancer in the future, and the BCPs help correct that.

I'm bummed. Have a headache, and I just want to go to bed now. SIGH.

  • I know its hard news to take, but just remember that you have to remain healthy in order for you to conceive a baby let alone raise one.  A friend of mine found out that she had breast cancer 2 months into being pregnant and forwent any treatment until after she gave birth. She fought it for 5 years until her body finally gave up.

you don't want to leave any with your child to raise.  Take the break, altough its unwanted, and make sure you are healthy above all before continuing

  • I'm sorry.  I hate being on forced breaks.  I hope it goes by quickly for you.  And it's good that your new RE is being attentive to your health.

I absolutley loved the new RE. He made me feel so comfortable, and like the girls above said...he's very attentive to not just me presently, but for my body in the future. I really loved him!!
