    Veggie beef, rice & potatoes burritos with a nacho cheesy sauce...  Sooo yummy.

    We had broiled salmon and couscous with pine nuts and spinach.

    OMG, we ate this one night last week for the first time.  Yummy indeed!  My DH said, "I didn't know baking a hot dog in the oven could taste so good!!...Although you could wrap anything in a crescent roll and I'd eat it."  lol!

    Tonight we had grilled chicken, red potatoes, and asparagus.
