    3 days a week (or more) I do?strength, either legs, arms, or chest/back, then I do 40 minutes of cardio

    2 days a week I just do cardio. Usually Spin class.

    I usually take 2 days off, the weekend, but I will try to walk with DD or something active at least one day. ?

  • After 1 week of staying within my calorie range, I fell off the wagon yesterday. Hard. I fell off the wagon and bounced down the road. Today I'm determined to be good again.

    My routine isn't much. I do the 30DS most days (level 3 now), and take walks with the boys.

  • I have been doing well eating healthy, but my excersize routine has slumped.I've been so sick lately, I can barely walk up stairs without hacking my lungs out!!(I'm not a smoker or anything so I don't know why I have such severe congestion!)I recently switched insurances and have yet to find a new physician:( But I gotta get on that pronto...My routine is usually doing alot of cardio and ab moves, I've been limited to indoors due to the heat wave in my area.Once my big DS goes back to school next week I'll be able to return to the gym during the week again.I've really missed going.Hopefully I'll see some progress when I weigh in on friday, but with the lack of excersize I'm hoping to at least not gain...Wish me luck!!!

     

     

     

     

  • I lost 2 pounds....Yay!!  To be honest I havn't been very good about working out the last couple weeks. I do try to go out for a walk with DD, or do something active at least. I've been fighting off a cold, so I didn't want to overdo it. However, I have been watching my calorie intake.
  • I'm so excited and totally freaking out... I lost 2 more pounds from last week's Wednesday check-in!  wahoooooooo!!!  :)

     

    I do Jillian Michael's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" 7x per week (it's 50-minutes of cardio) and her "No More Trouble Zones" 3x per week (it's 50-minutes of strength-training).  I also eat 5-6 meals a day, made up of 50% proteins, 20% healthy fats and 30% carbs and no refined sugar, no white flour, low-sodium or no salt/seasonings and a TON of water!  It's been nearly 2 months of changing my lifestyle and it's been worth it to lose those 5lbs and 2 whole sizes!

    Keep up the great work ladies, it will pay off!

    I've been doing 30DS level 1 for almost a week and today I moved onto level 2 to see if I could challenge myself more and handle it. 

    I'm going to try and alternate between level 1 and 2 for a few weeks to not get bored. I get bored so easily....

    I've been running but that got old, real fast....

      I would like to join.  I am Lisa and I have about 15 lbs to lose.  This week I have lost 2 lbs already!

    I go to the gym 3-4 times per week.  I do 30 min cardio, then stretching, abs and usually weights for either upper or lower body.
