DH Just got Home from DD's Playgroup and I called to see how it went...she crawled for the first time It is days like today that I don't like being a working mom.
I am sitting at my desk trying not to cry, I hate missing milstones
You will see her crawl tonight and will be so fascinated and proud of her. And you will see her crawl tomorrow night, and the next night, and so on. And in a month, you won't even care that you didn't get to see the "official FIRST" crawl anymore. Honestly, you won't. You'll be too busy being proud of her and looking forward to her next milestone to care anymore.

Aww Thank you!! I am hoping So H said she has not stopped since she figured out how to do it. She has been rocking on all fours for about 2 weeks and she took off after another baby at the play group took her toy. Apparently the Dog has been hiding in his house from her since he seems to be the target of her crawling.
Wow I can totally relate. My mom takes care of DS when working and what I have told her to do is to not tell me if he does anything new. that way, hopefully, he'll do it again in front of me and Ill claim it as my own.

I have told daycare and Dh not to tell me when DS does something new. Let me see it! So far DS seems to be doing all of his firsts at home with Dh and me. I'm sure he did something at daycare for the first time, but ignorance is bliss.
Thank you for the help Ladies...I talked to H last night about it, and he felt bad for telling me but he was so excited and wanted to share it with me, but he promised to not tell me anymore so I could see it for the "first time".
DD was crawling all over the place last night, it was soo neat to see and it made my day .
Re: RP from 6-12: Bummed :(

It's hard to believe that now, but it's true.
Thank you, That helped
How exciting! Even though it's upsetting not to be there, I am sure she will be thrilled to show off to you when you get home!
And look at those cheeks! She is a doll.
