which is a stronger antibiotic

azithromycin or amoxicillin?

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    quick question

    my DH just had tooth pulled and oral surgeon gave him 875 amox for 7 days.

    today he went to see reg. dentist b/c pain is not subsiding and she said he has an infection and gave him azith for it

    is this better for him?

  • Sorry, I spend most of my time in TTCAL. 

    It's hard to say which one is "better", but the response of those treated with azithromycin tends to be a quicker than with amoxicillin.
