Spotting at 8dp3dt!! Nurse said normal I'm freaking out

Its 8dp3dt and I'm cramping and I just had a little bit of red blood. Nurse said its normal and implantation spotting. I keep running to the bathroom. The only other issues I'm having is fatigue. I just want to add that my prog check yesterday was 40 so that's good I believe!?!

breathe!!! It will be ok, I promise. It probably is implantation spotting. Try to visualize your little one(s) snuggling in tighter. I had some spotting this morning and tried hard not to freak, and tried to do the whole visualization of positive things instead of negative. I don't know if it helped, but my spotting did stop. hang in there!!

I started spotting at 6dp3dt and all was fine (although at the time it didn't SEEM fine!). brown, red, pink, back to brown, etc...I spotted for EIGHT days and all is well.

I think it's a good sign! Of course, you're worried anyone would be. But trust the nurse. I heard about 1/3 of people have implantation bleeding. I would take it as a positive sign that they're snuggling in Smile
