and feeling a little better. Found some Biofreeze (it's like Ben-Gay) and tried rubbing it on my thigh. I know it's only temporary, but it definitely is helping. The Fed Ex guy came with the crinone supps. this morning--never been so glad to see him in my life!

Great idea! My chiro I used to see gave me handfuls of that stuff. Good to know, I will keep in mind
