Clomid? (pictures of kids in my sig)

I started 100 mg of Clomid last night.   It seems like most people start on 50 mg, though, and I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts why my doc would have started me higher.  I will ask him when I see him, but thought you ladies might have some insight!

    he may have started you higher because of age (>35) or hormone levels found in your bloodwork...

    i started at 100mg.    we did the clomid challenge test with 100mg, and i responded well to that dosage, so he kept me there (i'm young with a fairly normal FSH).
    Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation.
    Because we're fancy like that.

    I was started on 100 mg (though it took 150 to really work). When I asked on here about it, someone mentioned that they sometimes start people who are overweight on a higher dose than 50 mg. That makes sense to me, and I was (am). Not sure if that is your situation, but it could be one explanation.
