Yes, I realize that you've had free reign on this project up until now. I realize that your client (also my client) did not realize that instead of answering to you, you should be answering to them. And that your refusal to answer emails and provide needed information in a timely manner has so far been tolerated. Your rudeness to the client has not been reprimanded.

But guess what? I have the support of the project sponsors to change that. So enjoy your time until 3 pm, my little 24 year old arrogant punk. A coup has been approved.

Okay, so it's going to be pleasant and nice and we'll all get along during this meeting. But we're still taking control of the project, since it's the client's, and you should be answering to them on deliverables, not the other way around.
