Last day of Clomid and I feel some ovary tenderness

It's not all the time and yesterday we had sex and I felt some pressure on my right ovary.

 Just wondering if it is normal to feel something already. Oh and I'm taking 100mg of Clomid, if that even matters.

    I've never had as much ovary pain as I have since starting clomid...I have it through all parts of my cycle...comes and goes.

    its ridiculous to be so in tune with such a tiny body part isn't it?  my DH actually laughed on the way to work this morning and said "Its weird to know so much more about your body than I do about mine" :)
